Enjoy the privacy of your fenced yard, complete with a fire pit and lounging area. Whether you're staying for business, military, or an extended trip, this home provides a peaceful retreat with all the comforts you need.
This single-story home features one bedroom, one bathroom, full size kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a spacious open-concept living room. The exterior features a fenced yard, fire pit, BBQ, and off-street parking.
SLEEP: Single bedroom has one queen bed and also a twin bunk bed for the kiddos.
BATH: We understand how important a nice bathroom is for travel and extended stays. Enjoy premium 'Public Goods' products throughout the bathroom and hotel quality towels.
EAT & DRINK: This home is equipped with a full size kitchen including range, dish washer, fridge, toaster, crockpot, tons of kitchen utensils, and well stocked seasonings. Additionally, we have a Nespresso Vertuo and a Japanese V60 pour over for your morning caffeine fix.
LIVE & PLAY: Unwind in the Smart TV equipped living room or take a listen to one of our records from the home's collection. Flip on the "disco" button as you head into happy hour. The home also has great board games and an Atari game system for a family night-in.
OUTDOORS: Enjoy a nice evening by the Solo Stove fire pit or grill up some burgers on the charcoal BBQ. The porch is also a great place to sit and read.
WORK: We have a designated office desk that is perfect for remote working.
PETS: We welcome pets. Please note, dogs cannot be left alone in the unit for long periods.
PARKING: We offer an approximately 10 ft x 50 ft gravel driveway for your use. You also have your own level 2 EV Charger for complimentary charging.

The entire home is exclusively yours, including the fully fenced yard with a charcoal BBQ and fire pit. While the home is located on the back portion of a residence, it is extremely private, with its own separate entrance and dedicated parking. Your space is completely fenced off for maximum privacy.
Please note that the front-house tenants are not affiliated with FIVE218 Barlow, so we kindly ask that you do not reach out to them. If you need anything during your stay, we live just five minutes away and are happy to help.
From the driveway to the front of the home is an approximately 80-foot flat, well-lit walking path. A cart is provided for your belongings if needed.
